As a result of the machine inspection and the interview with the Kolsan technical team, a maintenance plan was prepared within the framework of the following items
- Dismantling of the guillotine section of the existing machine and modification of the bearing group
Removing the construction in the region by placing a linear guideway and making removable fasteners
Side eccentric arm conversion from bronze to ball bearing
Supply and installation of special roller load bearings
Manufacture and assembly of bearing connection special design wedges
Modification and renewal of blade connection plate threads
Reconditioning of under-blade belt bearings
Clearance of lower knife group adjustment levers
Maintenance of moving belt bearings and pistons under the blade
Blade motion reducer motor maintenance bearing replacement
Removal of moving knife side perno arm bearing gaps, new perno manufacturing
If necessary, lifting the machine to the borwerk bench
