As a result of the machine inspection and the interview with the Kolsan technical team, a maintenance plan was prepared within the framework of the following items
- Dismantling of the guillotine section of the existing machine and modification of the bearing group
- Removing the construction in the region by placing a linear guideway and making removable fasteners
- Side eccentric arm conversion from bronze to ball bearing
- Supply and installation of special roller load bearings
- Manufacture and assembly of bearing connection special design wedges
- Modification and renewal of blade connection plate threads
- Renewal of band bearings under the blade
- Clearance of the lower knife group adjustment levers
- Maintenance of moving belt bearings and pistons under the blade
- Blade motion reducer motor maintenance bearing replacement
- Removing the moving knife side perno arm bearing gaps, new perno manufacturing
- If necessary, lifting the machine to the borwerk bench
